01 — Start a request

Describe the project. GlobalGate Homes reads it and makes the approach.

The request flow asks what the project is and where the house is, then how a business should reach you. The request comes to GlobalGate Homes, where a person reads it and contacts independent businesses that serve your area about it. Any business that is interested contacts you directly.

Nothing moves without you. The last screen shows exactly what GlobalGate Homes will receive, the authorisation box is not ticked for you, and nothing is sent until you tick it. No business is obliged to reply, and GlobalGate Homes does not vet, rank or vouch for the businesses it contacts: check a business’s registration before you hire it.

Before you start

A request sent here reaches GlobalGate Homes, through its host and mail service. Nothing guarantees that a business will respond, when, or at what price.

GlobalGate Homes’ own fee is a flat US $49 per request, and your first request is free. No payment is taken on this website. For a paid request, GlobalGate Homes tells you that the US $49 fee applies, and you can decline. After your agreement, GlobalGate Homes emails you an invoice, payable by bank transfer or card. Payment is collected off-site before the first business is contacted. You pay any business directly for its work.

02 — The request flow

Three steps. Your form input is sent only when you press the last button.

Step 1 of 3

Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

What is the project, and where is the house?

Two answers are enough to tell a business what the job is and where it is. A street address is not asked for, here or later.

Where the house is. It tells GlobalGate Homes which area to look for businesses in, and it is used for nothing else.

Optional. A few lines are enough: the rooms involved, what is there now, what you would like instead.

03 — What we do with what you type

Six fields, one contact detail, one request.

The flow asks for the smallest amount that would let a business call you back about a real project. What it does not ask for is as deliberate as what it does.

The full account of what is collected, why, and how long it is kept is in the privacy notice. The rows beside this paragraph are the part that applies to this page.

While you fill it in
What you type stays in your browser. The form sends none of your input before the last button. Loading the page’s resources involves the technical exchanges described in the privacy notice.
When you press the last button
The server validates the request, stores it if accepted, and attempts an email notification. A reference confirms storage, not mailbox delivery. The screen also reports rejection or an unconfirmed receipt. The request record excludes your IP address, browser details and referring page; the privacy notice separately describes technical processing and the host’s logs.
Who receives it
GlobalGate Homes, through its host and mail service. A person reads the request and contacts independent businesses that serve your area about it. Those businesses are given the project details — the project type, the area and your description if you wrote one — and the one contact detail you chose.
What is never asked for
No street address, no budget, no start date, no identity document and no payment details. The flow has no field for any of them.
What this costs you
You pay any business directly for its work. GlobalGate Homes’ own fee is a flat US $49 per request, and a homeowner’s first request is free. No payment is taken on this website and no payment detail is asked for. For a paid request, GlobalGate Homes tells you that the US $49 fee applies, and you can decline. After your agreement, GlobalGate Homes emails you an invoice, payable by bank transfer or card. Payment is collected off-site before the first business is contacted. What that fee buys, and the line it does not cross, is set out on About.
What this page loads
Its own stylesheet, its own two scripts and the site's typefaces. No analytics script, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no cookie banner.
04 — Support

A person, for questions about the site. Not a site supervisor.

If something here is unclear, ask us.

Support answers questions about using this referral service: how the request flow works, what a field is asking for, correcting something you typed, or finding a project-type page.

Support does not advise on building work, does not prepare quotes and does not supervise a site. It cannot tell you what a job should cost, whether a price is reasonable, or how a detail should be built — those belong to the business you would contract with, not to us. The fee described above buys help with the request and the approach, and nothing about the construction itself.

Write in English or French.
